How it works
Book and drop off
Book by emailing or texting us. Once you receive confirmation of your drop-off time, bring us your bike, key, and charger. You will receive a pre-emptive quote upon booking or dropping off. This number is subject to change, but we will not run up the bill unless you approve.
We diagnose
We will check every system on your e-bike and make sure there are no problems that you're not aware of. We will price out parts and labor and send you an updated quote before moving forward.
You approve
Nothing happens without your go-ahead. Approve the quote and we order parts and get to work.
Ride on
Every repair gets a test ride and a final torque check before handover. Enjoy your amped up ride!

Battery Health Test
$50Capacity and cell-balance check, with a report on your pack's true remaining health.
Battery Replacement
$45 + cost of batteryLabor to remove your old pack and install the new one. Battery priced separately.
Motor Replacement
$75 + cost of motorLabor to swap in a new motor and confirm it runs right. Motor priced separately.
Brake Pad Replacement
$35 / wheelNew pads fitted and bedded in. Priced per wheel.
Tire Replacement
$40 / tireOld tire off, new one seated and inflated to spec. Priced per tire.
Cleaning
$75Full wash and detail of the frame, drivetrain, and wheels.
